Website enquiries
The form asks for your name, mobile number, email, preferred contact method and what you’re looking for. We use these details to reply to your enquiry and help you take the next step with Phoenix.
Your enquiry is stored securely in the Phoenix Member Hub. Any campaign details in the page address may also be saved so we can understand how people found us.
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Please don’t include medical or other sensitive information in the message box.
Your information
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and manage our records. You can use the contact form if you want to ask what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it.
